Pe scurt, un fost agent CIA, pe lista Most Wanted, colaboreaza cu FBI-ul. De asemenea, Chicago PD, evident, e politist, insa mai altfel. Tot la sezonul 3 e, cu coruptie, o echipa mai atipica de poltisti care isi fac treaba, inclusiv cu incalcarea legii. Quote
