Online tracking îmi zice ca îs al 157lea în ordinea de livrări. Live updates nu mai primesc de vreo 2 ore și la relații clienți la curier nu răspunde nimeni. Quote

Pole Posted April 20, 2017 Report Posted April 20, 2017 Rares, vrei sa-i sun eu sa ma cert cu ei? am debit verbal maxim si pe english, ultima data am facut un mare scandal la customer support sony playstation uk (ca am cont de uk), ca mi-au blocat contul si consola, mi-au banat-o de fapt, ca nu stiu ce frauda suspectau ei. 45 de minute de scandal pe ceas, cand am inchis telefonul aveam deja consola deblocata si un vaucher psn card de 50 de lire cadou in cont, pentru neplacerea cauzata. lol hai ca iti scot casti gratis, ceva dock, vad eu. F&F Posted April 20, 2017 Report Posted April 20, 2017 Când am verificat prima data azi, pe la 12, apărea că pachetul a plecat de la depozitul local al curierului pe la 8 jumate. La 12 șoferul apucase să facă puțin peste 40 de livrări, eu fiind a 157a livrare. 40 de livrări în 4 ore înseamnă că, teoretic, al meu ar urma sa fie livrat la miezul nopții. Deja m-am resemnat, îl primesc mâine. Singurul număr pe* care îl am de la curier e un serviciu automat. Bag numărul coletului și codul poștal și îmi zice că pachetul e "out for delivery today". Atât. Nicio opțiune sa vorbesc cu un human being sau alte detalii. Quote
