Mult de munca cu ala, n am facut niciodata insa am mancat. Mi a adus cineva,  l am reincalzit etc. Nu ma dat pe spate insa cred ca atunci cand il scoti din groapa si tai sfoara aia creca e criminal de bun.

Si apropo de carnuri mai ciudate. Am mancat sapt trecuta nutrie la cuptor. Un fel de sobolan/castor mai mare. Renumiti pt blana lor. In tava semana cu iepurele dar pe departe printre cele mai bune ce am mancat. Seamana putin cu mielul la textura insa mult mai gustos

Renumiti pentru blana lor pana in 90 si ceva, apoi pulea. Era echivalentul socialist al blanurilor scumpe.

 

Un animal cu o blana usor spinoasa, inca imi amintesc caciulile tovarasilor, cu aspect de pisica moarta.

 

Am mancat cand eram mic, doar la cuptor se facea. Acum nu stiu ce sa zic. Oricum sacrificarea era avansata, cu ciocanul de lemn in frunte, atarnate pe o bara precum carcasele de porc. Si apoi un lung sir de sange amestecat cu saliva ce se scurgea pana jos.

Adidasi de porc, fierti si dupa aia la cuptor, inabusiti in bulion si pensulat cu un sos facut din mustar, miere si putin usturoi si piper.

Acum sint la capitolul fiert.

Din nou, asa ceva as putea manca zilnic, oricum fac de 2-3 ori pe luna.

lol, nu exgeraț 😂 dar ciolanele alea sunt o nebunie, la modul cel mai serios, as goli o tava din aia fara regrete, cu riscul ca postesc apoi o saptamana.

ca si cum ai cere sa puna poza cu un sturion capturat la țânțar de insasi sirele Gâțâului, nimeni altu decat binecunoscutul amator de motociclete plimbate pe platforma si masini facute cadou....Siiiiiiiimiiiiiiiiii, aplauze va rog
